Edit GPI files

Good evening, I have some TGA files from the GridCar and I would like to convert them into GPI files, does anyone know if there is a GP4 editor that allows me to do this????

ZAZ Tools. Slimtex (batch to GPI) allows you to edit this files.

I even saw the slim Tex editor, I just can't use it, it has several buttons, but I click on them and I can't see the images I already have and want to manipulate, there's a manual for it, like step by step

for some reason i cant use slimtex too.

cant open files, cant drag the files, cant see any images. ://
