What do you mean ? The car sometimes become white ?
That's a texture issue (not found) with some low definition meshes (LODs).
You need to check the contents of your cars.wad. Sometimes, addon cars do not provide LODs 1-4 so you need to duplicate the hi def one and replace the original ones.
