Cars not turning sometimes.

Hello.

In some cases, when I am racing, direction of the car gets blocked and of a sudden my car becomes unable to turn. Why it happens? It does not seem a bug or anything about a bad installation of the game. How can I solve it? Is it related to using automatic braking or so?
