i did a 1.15.435. usually i check the google drive link, and look at the ativity to see if there is any new lap.
it would be better to write in here too with comments )).

My lap was just beggining, i think i can improve it, and i havent check different setups yet.
Track let the car slip in turns so anytime a very good lap can be achieved. it is not like driving a smooth race. i like it.

Oh wow, looks like this time I will be way off your times since I really dont know much about Zandvoort

I am new to Zandvoort too. So i cant help until i test.

Hi maverick welcome. i watched your lap, you use autobreak help. i think you just need to practise more and give up using that brake help. you can see others setup by using hofxlap program. but i think it is just about practising at this moment.

Im trying all setup but dont understand what can i do to have best times...best 119825....true bad with keyboard...

Without autobreak any wall is mine....

But with autobreak you will not improve as a gp4 driver.
Its part of learning.
At first dont look a what laptimes you do, just drive so you complete laps without going off track.
As you get more of the feel of the track try breaking a little more late, try other things in progression.

and use save and restore option, so after a crash you can restart the lap immidiatley. press shift + backspace at last corner, and by pressing baclspave you will go back that corner. in gpxpatch you should enable save/restore first.

Molly Cow, I did a 1:14.8 with TC off this time. It felt way more "drivable" somehow. But I suppose the overall lap times will get way faster

i realised that you shift gear manually, thats great! My great respect!!!! Your time is very good, i think 1.14 is the limit, below it will be magnificant.

But i have a question ? The time lap do with save and restore is valid for trial league or not? Otherwise is very simple for all i think

This track is very unforgiving, I'm breaking a suspension every 5 minutes

@Maverick1968 if you use save/restore during your hotlap, your laptime will not be valid. Use this feature for practicing only.

Thanks, yeah, I hate automatic gears as it usually does so too early. I've always "forced" myself to learn quickly how to drive without assists in sims )

Regarding save/restore, I explained why it can't be used (or rather, why it doesn't give any advantage) during the hotlap back when we were discussing the rule changes a month ago, there's no contradiction here.

Well their is a contradiction because your saying to Maverick that he cant use it yet you clearly specified its allowed to use in the email the save restore function.
