It's different than the one I sent you for testing, which had changes in the configurations only. This one is fully revised.
The MODs I eventually release here in the forum are mostly those I create for personal use, with preferences that may not be to everybody's taste.
They have specific random files with all cars and drivers having the same values of performance (called free track-specific performance) and the original performance files from each MOD. Additionally, there are specific F1 Physics, torque, and Gp4.exe files that various authors have created over the past 15 to 20 years. For instance, if you choose free performance, F1 Physics of 610 kg, torque of 995 BHP made by Phantaman and the Gp4.exe made by Josekast for his 2011 MOD, your lap time in pro or ace mode will be 10 to 20 seconds faster than the actual 2025 F1 cars, depending of the track. I like that, and that's why I updated all MODs from 1988 to 2009, seeking this "fake" performance.
I use the same files in other MODs released in the past, such as the Indycar MODs, and they didn't have the stability you complained of, so I think this is not the reason you are having problems with the gpxpatch.
Regarding the speed limit. If you want to set the pit speed limit, as I used to do, to 160 km/h, you must enable the speedlimit tweak in gp4teak.ini, while keeping the pitlimiter tweak disabled to avoid errors with the speed limiting (i.e., not going over 160 km/h).
I hope it helps.
