rracunis, in my case, i just disable pitlimiter and speedlimit in gp4tweak.ini, and the problem is solved. D'ont need delete speedlimit.tex from the gp4tweak_data folder.
Work's fine now, thank's bro.

Hi Ricardo

Is it the same you gave me in the PM?
I tried it but GP4 crashes with the same GPxpatch error! :-(
The problem of speed limiting is solved no need to delete the speedlimit.tex as eric said.
I emailed my problem to the GPxpatch team... nobody has answered yet... I supposed the project is over and nobody will help me. What a shame! :(

Some considerations:
I start the mod via CSM and I see there's an option called GP4 with a menu with three choices, I didn't modified it but I was thinking if there is something abut it that doesn't fit with my system?
I also read a post about the choice to give more memory to GP4... the only way I know is the 4GB patch (I use it for Grand prix Legends) but CSM thinks that GP4 is corrupted and doesn't work.

Sergio

It's different than the one I sent you for testing, which had changes in the configurations only. This one is fully revised.
The MODs I eventually release here in the forum are mostly those I create for personal use, with preferences that may not be to everybody's taste.
They have specific random files with all cars and drivers having the same values of performance (called free track-specific performance) and the original performance files from each MOD. Additionally, there are specific F1 Physics, torque, and Gp4.exe files that various authors have created over the past 15 to 20 years. For instance, if you choose free performance, F1 Physics of 610 kg, torque of 995 BHP made by Phantaman and the Gp4.exe made by Josekast for his 2011 MOD, your lap time in pro or ace mode will be 10 to 20 seconds faster than the actual 2025 F1 cars, depending of the track. I like that, and that's why I updated all MODs from 1988 to 2009, seeking this "fake" performance.
I use the same files in other MODs released in the past, such as the Indycar MODs, and they didn't have the stability you complained of, so I think this is not the reason you are having problems with the gpxpatch.
Regarding the speed limit. If you want to set the pit speed limit, as I used to do, to 160 km/h, you must enable the speedlimit tweak in gp4teak.ini, while keeping the pitlimiter tweak disabled to avoid errors with the speed limiting (i.e., not going over 160 km/h).
I hope it helps.

In desperation I tried to customize Gpxpatch in order to use the mod without CSM but it doesn't work... maybe I'm not too skilled and I made a mess!
On the other side Jose's version CTD also.
In the end with regret I decided to switch back to the 1988 first mod (Btone 2004).
It works.
I patched the tracks, the cockpit and the sound (the McLaren MP4/4... it's great!!) and I like it.
Had to revert the Player car performance team dependent to "old behaviour" because I found the car weirdly slippery and also it's impossible to brake without locking the front even with brake bias almost completely on the rear.
