Keeping alive the GP4

Does anyone know where this texture should be installed in either the GP4 files or the CSM files to get the new marshalls?

In a CSM MOD normally tex files are to be installed in Grand Prix 4\GPSAVES\Carsets\mod name\Data\Anim\Marshalls folder
In a non CSM mod you have to overwrite the files present in anim.wad in folders animationdata\qualifying\skins\marshall.tex & animationdata\race\skins\marshall.tex
