our heart is an extraordinary machine, isn't it? sometimes she just needs a lil rest, walking, some fun, to free all tensions, to be happy and to learn better about food, beverages...
take this time a slower ride with our car, feel the planet, think about life. Don't have to become a poet or a philosopher though...
I'm 63 and we must learn each time more about our new body a time goes by...
