Not bad. But it could have been better. In any case, it's good that the stage has begun. I wish the team to take a high position. And still looking for a place for next season. Have a good race everyone!!

Round 10 - Dutch GP - Race Day

Welcome back to another race of the season, this time we are here in Emmeloord in Netherlands, the drivers are already lined up for the start, wtih Paulo Silva in the pole position and both Alphas right behind him

And away we go, great start by O'Neill, who is trying to steal the first place from Silva

They are side by side in turn 1, while behind them McCarthy is also trying a move on Kederer

As the first laps goes by, they continue the fight

Kederer has managed to stay in front of McCarthy

And has a nice view of the battle taking place in front of him

Silva mantains the lead

But O'Neill doesn't give up, and is trying once again

The same goes for McCarthy

Side by side in the main straight

McCarthy has managed to overtake Kederer, but the German is trying to regain his position

Both Alpha drivers fail in their questss, while we can see how the top 10 has changed after the first lap

In the next lap Kederer is trying an overtake once again, but this time he has company, as both Buitenhuis and Elleker are joinning the action for the 3rd place

Elleker with an amazing move, jumping from 6th to 3rd, the biggest loser is McCarthy as he has lost three positions at once, and Parachki is right behind him already too

Great move by the Aston Martin driver

Buitenhuis is trying to overtake Kederer, while we can also see that Parachki overtook McCarthy

McCarthy is still trying to understand what happened, juts a lap ago he was in 3rd, and now sits in 7th place

A huge crash can be seen by the cameras

Replay shows that Gustavo had an Engine failure

He threw some oil in the track

Which made Keranen lost control of his car

A huge hit

Keranen lost one wheel and it's end of race for him

While Gustavo took the most damage, also end of race for him, a big hit to his championship hopes

Gilson goes wide

He spins in the gravel

And returns only in 20th

Buitenhuis is trying to overtake Kederer

It's a key battle, as both drivers are in the hunting for the championship

After a few turns, he is successful

Unseen by the camera, McCarthy overtyook Parachki, and is now trying to get closer to Kederer

Majumdar with a quiet race so far

And right behind him we can see a trail of cars

Luke Russell sits now inside the points

Scala overtakes Majumdar for the 14th place

McCarthy is overtaking Kederer for the 5th place

Sakata overtook Parachki in the same momment, getting the 7th place

Which leaves the Mist driver in the sight of Nico Beggani

And the French doesn't waste any time, going for the overtake in the same lap

Job done

While in the front, O'Neill has caught up to Silva

And he overtakes Silva for the lead

In the nest laps is Silva who is looking for payback

Kederer wats that 5th place back

Silva retakes the lead from O'Neill

While Kederer is not able to take the 5th place, a double battle loss for the Alphas

Russell overtakes Parachki to take the 9th place, unseen by the cameras, he has also overtaken Karda

Kederer is trying once again

And fails one more time

This has allowed Sakata to get closer

Unseen by the cameras, Parachki retook the 9th place, and Russel is now being attacked by Karda

A battle of champions, as both De Bruyker and Warrington are fighting for the 12th place

Karda didn't managed to overtake Russell, remaining in 11th

Bruyker overtakes Warrington

While his teammate overtakes Rodriguez

Kederer lost his position to Sakata

But tries to regain right away

Good job by the former champion

Warrington is going for a revenge move on Bruyker

Job done by him

Both MTP's are side by side

Buitenhuis is getting closer to Elleker

Bouchard tries an overtake on Hinz

And the Canadian overtakes the German

Buitenhuis has finally reached Elleker

The same goes for Sakata on Kederer

This time the Japanese manages to overtake

Buitenhuis also overtakes Elleker to take the 3rd place

Kederer retake the 6th place

Which has allowed Beggani to close on both him and Sakata

Here's how the top 10 shaped up after 10 laps

Hinz goes wide on his own

And has lost his rear wing

It's now a three way battle between Kederer, Sakata and Beggani

Beggani tries a move on Sakata

And also on Kederer, a double overtake

Amazing job by the Frenchman

Parachki took the chance to also try an overtake on Sakata

And he gets it done

Hinz is coming for his pit, which he will use to repair hiw wing and refuel

Pedersen, Bouchard and Rodriguez at the end of the field

Pedersen manages to stay in front of the other two

Unseen by the cameras, Sakata was able to overtake Parachki and is now going for a move on Kederer

Oh wait, Kederer's car is smoking

An engine problem for the German, his Renault unity gave up

That's a lot of oil being sprayed in the track

Scala overtakes Majumdar for the 14th place

Kederer was so close to the pits, end of race for him

Beggani is the first driver to make his pit stop

And after the round of pit stops, here is how the race standings are now, with Russell and McCarthy gaining some positions

Gilson overtakes Majumdar for the 17th place

But the Indian driver gets it back

Both Christel are really close to each other

Side by side now, as Sakata is trying a move on Russell

They almost hit each other, not a sight that teamboss Copeman would like to see

This has allowed Parachki to get closer to both of them

Sakata has overtaken Russell

And now the three way battle has began

Amazing job by Parachki who has overtaken both Christel at once

Copeman can be seen raging at the radion in the paddock

The battle restart

And now are the Christel drivers who came up on top

Parachki gets a little behind, while Sakata and Russel are side by side once again

Sakata in front of Russel

Warrington takes the opportunity and is coming fast from behind

He overtakes Parachki through the inside

And now is side by side with Russell

Meanwhile Elleker has caught up to Buitenhuis

The cameras can't seen to be able to film all the action, Parachki overtook Warrington and is now trying an move on Russell

At the same time Elleker goes for an overtake on Buitenhuis

And he is through

Parachki also overtakes Russell

Buitenhuis trying to get the 4th place back

And job done by the homeboy

Warrington overtakes both Parachki and Russell with one move

What an amazing battle this has been

Elleker trying an overtake through the inside

And he overtakes Buitenhuis

Parachki also overtakes Warrington in the same place

With 5 laps remaining its Russell's turn to try an overtake on Warrington

He is through

Sakata has reached Beggani

And overtakes the Frenchman

Race and championship leader Paulo Silva

After Sakata, now it''s Parachki time to try a move on Beggani

And he takes the 7th place

Bruyker overtakes Karda for the 11th place

While Russell is overtaken by Warrington once again

Parachki overtakes Sakata for the 6th place

And Russell retakes the 9th

Final lap for Silva

Silva finishes in 1st place, amazing performance

O'Neill in second

And McCarthy in 3rd, with Elleker just at his tail

Race results

Fastest laps

So, that's a Hat Trick for you Paulo, well done mate.
You can thank Matra people as well for their effort on their engine.

And to add on that, a double pole as I won in testers league, the first since a long long time.

Great day for the team.

Seems like I did not have any pace whatsoever this weekend. For the team, this was less competitive than other outings this season.
