I can confirm Mistral and their drivers will be there for season 16.

Probably best to send out pms to potential drivers rather than wait on being contacted. Or try Ruben, he's still one of the more active ones here.

To be honest, at this point I have no idea who is available/active anymore

My team still needs two more drivers, one race and one for testing.

From experience of doing another GP4 series, video, if possible, usually the way to go. Streamlines a lot.

Maybe we should also advertise it on the Discord, surely someone might bother to join

And i’m also not sure if we absolutely need full qualifying coverage compared to just a results screenshot
Testers FP is okay to be covered, but i’m not sure if we will need testers, with the amount of people we have
Like Aidan said, it streamlines a lot, simple and effective in my experience

I'm not completely sure what this would achieve? The testers championship would then only consist of team owners I guess?

Not sure if advertising on discord makes much sense right now, seeing that it's still not possible for new users to register on the site. And according to Mal Stephan has gone awol, so no idea if and when it's gonna be resolved.

Testers championship looks unlikely atm, but I think there still should be a way for teamowners too keep their perfs. We'll have to work something out. In case of lack of drivers we also might have to look into teamowners racing again.

Still waiting on confirmation from Mist and Alpha, but I think both Gio and Ed said they were gonna stick around for a S16.

Just send out pms, worst case you get no reply or they say no. Gildoorf is available, I currently have him as tester, but filling race seats is more important. Else Zak and Joseph I think. Maybe one of the retiring teamowners?

Well, the second TD seat is already occupied by one of the race drivers at some teams, so maybe have only one TD per team, so instead of having a testers championship with 22 seats, we can have a cup of sorts for test drivers. Either that, or change to “Free Practice Championship/Cup/whatever”.

Yes I'm still planning to continue with the team next season.

Thoughts on setting up dedicated driver numbers (like F1) from next season to reduce livery changes? Although perhaps balanced out by any mid-season driver changes.

I've never been a fan of personal numbers. Also it doesn't really reduce the workload. There's one texture for both drivers, so in case of a change it still had to be updated. Would require to use a copy of car1 for car2, so that both have separate textures. Which would then increase the size of the wad.

Mist will stay for next season
