Well, at least the cars sticked together in the last race, like Carlos said.

In the meantime, I'm pretty surprised I haven't got my first activity warning, yet. But I wanna be honest, when I announced my retirement to the end of the season, I didn't expect it to go this long. I'll try my best to somewhat catch up until then, but can't guarantee I'll hold my non-warning streak.

@Mal: You're a legend, man. Without you, this series never would have worked out in its early days. That's something you can be pretty proud of. Thanks for all your time and devotion over the years.

Yeah yeah...so true John, we all gonna miss the Australian Wizzard aka Mal Stoddart or Mortal.

Activity Check!

What do you mean it's been too long between rounds? It's summer break! Summer break, right?

Aaaaanyway, one person is missing after the vacations:

Luke Russell (Christel), last posted when you were young. (2nd Warning)

We move on to the Hockenheimring next, will we need to repave the forest as we usually do? Stay with us and find out!

Usual apologies for the delays on the check, but with such a timeframe, anyone missing really didn't want to participate anyway.

I'd like to join the rest and extend my appreciation for Mal's work, not only in the league but in the website itself. The butterfly effect this place had on me is hard to believe, from struggling to place textures on the default GP3 cars, to now actually do endurance racing in the current simracing titles, but ultimately GPG was the gateway to it all, and for that I sincerely thank Mal, Stephan and everyone here.

You wouldn't have gotten one anyway because you did post that you were out on holiday, and the rules cover this scenario ;)

I follow the words of John on behalf of all amazing job Mal shared with thousands of us for decades.
Thank you, Mal, you changed our lives, for our own good.

Thank you all for your kind words. I've done nothing special really, other than treat everyone with fairness and the respect that they deserve. It takes little effort to be kind and good to those around you.

It is actually a sad thing to say but this is still more than a lot of people manage to do, so cheers Mal

In other news: 2nd warning for Luke Russell means demotion to tester for 2 races. However, Christel currently does not have a test driver who could step up to race driver. We'll have to sort this out before we can go ahead.

used to be GPGSL's Nick Heidfeld

As the league rules state the Luke has been moved to the tester role. However at Christel we take inactivity very seriously and therefore Luke has been cut from the team entirely. That means that we need a tester to step in for the remaining rounds of this season please. Application via DM.

Ah, goodbye Luke, it was good to drive alongside you!

I guess I'm the first driver now... how things can turn around.

Yeah, I announced my holiday absence until August 5th which was quite some time ago ;) But since I was lucky, I'll take it and hopefully leave the series with a clean vest ... one day.

Scorpion Grand Prix would like to inform the public that it is looking for drivers, including a test driver position for next season, despite there being doubts over whether it would be held.

Yakuza needs one race driver, preferably experienced, and one development driver.

We pay well!

Maybe you should ask by PM directly to the team owners.
