Round 8 - Turkish GP - Free Practice

Welcome back to another round of the GPGSL, we'll start the weekend here today in Istanbul with the free practice, where the test drivers have a chance to shine

As we can see, the session has started with rainy conditions

Copeman is the first to set a time

Wright beats him by a little margin

The same applies to John Maverick

Ancevski obliterates Maverick's time

Moinet with a good 2nd place

De Los Rios with the worst time so far

Ingers just a little better

Elleker puts the two AMR close to each other

Michail with the 3rd place

Russel takes the 2nd place of Moinet

McGregor right at his tail

O'Brien has a lap to forget

Cronin in 5th

Gromov in 12th

Cremasco with a flying lap

Big boss Mal with a not so good lap time

The same goes for Vilela

Hollidge just inside the top 10

But not for long as Rodriguez goes 7th fastest

Szucs shows that the MMM really has pace today

Sheppard with only the 15th place

Greenhalgh is the last driver to set a time, let's see who can improve in their second run

The tracks seems to be better, as Ingers jumps from 17th to 2nd

Michail in 5th

McGregor takes the 2nd place for himself

Maverick in 7th so far

Russel takes the 1st place

Elleker improves to 5th

Copeman in 12th

Moinet gains 6 place

Ancevski once again in 1st place

De Los Rios from 19th to 6th

Hollidge in 3rd

Cronin in 2nd

O'Brien takes the first place, a really good time

Gromov now in 3rd

Cremasco can't beat O'Brien's time

Stoddart goes from last to 5th

Sheppard in 7th

Szucs beats the best time, to take the 1st place

Vilela gest a good 4th place

Not for long as Rodriguez steal it

Greenhalgh closes the session

Full results

First lap wasn't so great due to the rain, but the second lap was really good despite having no boost in use. Hopefully it goes again for the team during qualifying.
