Welcome to the qualifying for the Austrian GP. To keep things simple we are only showing the first runs and the improvements in the second runs.
The weather is decent again and we are in for a dry session.

Due to unknown reasons Karda's and Gustavo's times got deleted in the final result. As the reason for this is unclear, they will start in the position that was shown at the send of the session.

P10, a solid result. Hopefully the boost is gonna do its job.

rip, no way I'll keep that when cgt resets variation values.

I thought abaout that as well - how does Gp4 work here? I was always assuming that as there are two separate variation values it would be set independently for qualifying and race?

Not great, but still not much to expect without a driver boost.

P14 for the race. For a moment I thought I would have to start at P22 but after doing a very good lap, I managed to clamber up to P14.

Hope I can get some good points in the race.

Did they by any chance crash on the inlap after their 2nd runs, similar to FP? Crossing the line again in the process would've invalidated their times.

ok, so three options:
- rerun of qualifying, no quali coverage, just a results screen and race according to that grid
- race according to the grid as posted above with Gustavo and Karda at the back via the original savegame
- race with a corrected grid so it matches the times in the last in-session screen. Worst case: 25% inconsistency in the calculation of performace variation (see Tobi's link above)

let me know, please

edit: just saw you post Tobi: yes, that would be a possibility, then they would have done a 7th lap and lose their times. The problem is, however, that I exited when the last flying lap was completed and accelerated the remaining session time. So I can't tell whether that happened or not.

2) since it's a case similar to rule 18

I would go with

2)

We all.know that gp4 has some.bugs, so we need to live with it.

I know Gustavo has the pace to have a great race

Tough session for us, we clearly lack the pace. Not really expecting much from the race.

Both cars inside the top 10. That's really good for us, though we didn't like seeing both cars hindering each other in the process. As long as both drivers stay out of trouble in the race we could be on for a good haul of points.

I agree, unfortunately I'll start at the back, but we can deal with this, it will be a great race

Ps: Jeroen, congratulations for starting 1st on the grid, you are Awesome
