Great Nata, thanks a lot. But my team name is Mistral, not Ecurie.

Just want to point out that for some reason all the S15 liveries are now unavailable on Imgur... anyone knows the reason as to why?

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?
A quick reminder: for race and quali please use the track from the s12 trackpack.

Pretty sure that is the one I used. I'll try and get the qualifying session up by tonight.

So then, which version of Suzuka did Soutsen use to run the testers free practice if it isn't the one from the S12 pack?

Glad to have had a another go in practise! Car feels awesome, hope it stays like this for quallie.

GPGSL Rd 2 Japanese GP – Qualifying

Hello and welcome back to Suzuka, where we are awaiting the start of the qualifying session for the race drivers. Will anyone be able to spring a surprise result here today? Or will it be one of the boosted drivers that takes home the top spot? We’ll know for sure in just over 30mins, but for now it's time to head trackside as the cars can be heard getting ready.

Weather Report

Out first for the first group of drivers is AMR’s newest signing Keranen.

He takes the first provisional pole of the session.

Kederer goes half a second faster.

It’s a great lap for Elleker as he goes into 2nd fastest.

Beggani completes his lap, and it’s the slowest lap so far.

It’s 4th fastest for Russell.

The wooden spoon gets passed down to Pedersen. No doubt he won’t be too pleased with that time.

Soutsen and Gilson both complete their laps, both over half a second slower than the fastest time.

Bouchard puts in a really good lap and goes 3rd fastest.

Hinz manages to go faster than his former teammate.

Scala brings his MTP over the line and slots into 6th.

It’s time now for the second group to get their laptimes in as De Bruyker comes out first.

It’s 8th fastest for the defending champion.

A very good lap for Buitenhuis. That sees him go 2nd fastest.

Majumdar completes his lap, and it’s good enough for 10th.

9th for Silva as he brings his Mistral over the line.

Parachki just misses out on making it into the top 5.

Warrington in the second SCR completes his lap and makes it into the top 10.

A brilliant lap for Gustavo puts him into 2nd, only .01s away from Kederer’s pole time.

Karda can’t quite match his teammates pace and ends up down the order.

It’s not looking so good for Demon at the moment as McCarthy sets the 15th fastest time.

O’Neill would surely be frustrated not to be able to match his teammates pace.

We have a new provisional pole time.

Once again it is Keranen who is out first for the first group.

He is able to improve up into 4th.

Russell moves up a few positions with his improved laptime.

Bouchard improves and moves up to 5th.

It’s starting to look really good now for MTP as Scala improves up into 3rd.

Soutsen improves his time but is unable to move up the order.

Majumdar is out first this time for the second group, and the current timing shows that Pedersen was able to improve on his previous time which was missed by the cameras.

Majumdar improves and just misses out on making the top 10.

De Bruyker also improves but only moves up a couple of positions.

Karda moves up a position with his improvement.

O’Neill improves, but like Soutsen is unable to move up any positions.

That brings an end to the session so let’s take a look at the final standings.

(Apologies if the screenshots look slightly blurry. I'm using a bigger screen resolution from what I was using before and didn't realize that would result in slight blurriness when resizing them to the usual size I use. It's something I'll need to work on improving for future sessions that I RD.)

ok... the car boost doesn't work very well...

...so I have to put the pedal to the metal in the race. :-(

GPGSL-3: VTR Driver, S4~S11 (2nd, 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 3th, 4th, 3th, 2nd)(Constructorstitel S7 & S9)

The boost worked for Bouchard, I am gonna use boosts from race 4, though

16th and 19th for Mistral.

Not the best scenario for the race....

10th it is

Just outside the top 10, both of us need to hustle to make it for a double points finish. Not the easiest track to do that but let's see.

Kimi forever!
Now we're talking! That's what I was hoping for with the amount of boost we invested. Now we only gotta get this to the finish line.
If only this damn Tobi Kederer wasn't so strong even when he isn't RDing himself! ;););) (Tobi, you know how I mean it^^))

Because Soutsen is at the back of the grid you can guess who whas the RD with qualy.
