so wait, you say you use old tyres? have you checked out that the performance file that you use doesn´t have [Rimcolors] inside? you need to delete it, so that gp4tweaker rimcolors will work.

then you can import and .ini and enable the rimcolor tweak throug your gp4tweaker:
