CSM.exe access rights on disk

Hi guys,

For some reason csm.exe says it doesn't have enough access rights on disk, asking me to run GP4.exe as administrator. There seems to be a problem with the executable however as when I try to open it, it is just a blank black screen for about 30 seconds then crashes.

Any help would be appreciated.
