How to install a new fresh gp4.exe [Sorted]

Hi guys,

Ran into a problem a few days ago and haven't been able to play GP4 since. Game tells me to download a enw fresh exe as the one I have now has been modified.

Tell me where I can find a new fresh exe and I will be eternally grateful
