Updated shape of the light object, I built a conical shape. Much better.
The shape must be inside the z_cockpit_visor object.
The texture / color in tga or tex has no effect within the z_cockpit_visor object. It is always semitransparent white.
I couldn't find a way to show the texture with a gradient in game. Always solid.
I saw no difference between full transparency, semi transparency or opaque textures on slimtex.
And, obviously, it is a fake light, without any effect.
With the car in movement the feeling is much better.
