the cars I drive have only 6 gears! Help!

Hello!

Today I was driving some F1 Cars in Grand Prix 4, and I noticed I had 6 gears, while the AIs had 7!!! Can someone help me with that?

Car Set-Up (in pit), gearbox and activate the 7. gear
