CSM AND TSM

hi guys...after 15 years i return to play with my gp4.
i Have 2 questions:

1- how i can modifiy the phisic file in any single carset?! i've tried with the phymanager but don't change anything. where is my mistake? need i to change something also in the configuration of the csm?

2 - with TSM... Some trackpack work correctly but some not... is possible driving only on a cisrcuit, selected in the configuration before the start.
ther is a guide to use correctly the TSM?
