Thanks to Oggo for the discover in the gp4.exe

Description
LCD Color Font allows to modify some things on the steering wheel

Features
- Change the color font on the steering wheels
- Change the font size on the steering wheels
- Change the font weight on the steering wheels
- Change language in GP4

- New feature - Ability to generate patch.ini for CSM
- New feature - Ability to change the language for Grand Prix 4
- Enhance - Interface, Thanks to 32BOBO32 for Icons

Sorry Alex, I hadn't noticed this tool before.
It seems very useful, especially for me the feature for patch.ini for CSM, thank you very much and congratulations for your great work!

Ok. so its bold and the range is the amount of darkness that the user wants.
