My guess, some are trackcameras which are very close to the track and with alot of zoom. Some of his pictures are changing the different onboard cameras in TeamEditor. Atleast that's what I did when I took screenshots

Excatly! Trackcameras close to the track+zoom and various different onboard cameras.

And I use very big screen resolution due to nvidia dl, something like 2880x1620 or sometimes 3840x2160, so when scaling the screenshot down to for example to 1280x900 I sometimes cut off some un needed sides of the screens, so there is not much more than the car.
