Istanbul 2011 BETA2 with crowds?

I've meant to ask this a long time ago.

This BETA version is a great effort by VirtualF1, but it has not spectators.
How do I get them back? I've lowered the ticket prizes enough already

Or does someone have the track with spectators already that they can share?
