New update at P1 (v0.95)

Installation:
Delete your exisiting F1 2020 mod and install both F1 2020.cuh and F1 2020_part2.cmu. The new file F1 2020_part3.cmu is optional. It contains all cars in std resolution.

Changes:
- Updated performance files up to Yas Marina
- Some minor fixes
- Added the option to change the number of mipmaps in the mod:

What is mipmapping?
Mipmaps are smaller, pre-filtered versions of a texture image, representing different levels of detail (LOD) of the texture. They are often stored in sequences of progressively smaller textures called mipmap chains with each level half as small as the previous one.
They are used for situations where the distance between an object and the camera can change. As the object gets further from the camera, the object’s texture will eventually appear smaller on-screen than its actual resolution, in other words, there will be more than one texel (pixels of a texture map) per screen pixel. The texture will have to be scaled down in a process called minification filtering, which often requires the application to sample multiple texels to decide on the colour of a pixel. This becomes a problem when you need to sample the entire texture at runtime for an object that could only be a single pixel wide.
This is where mipmaps come in. Instead of sampling a single texture, the application can be set up to switch between any of the lower resolution mipmaps in the chain depending on the distance from the camera.

I'm not an expert, but in my case (probably due to a high-res screen) setting mipmaps to 0 improved my image quality and also solved the issue where some textures were flickering from time to time. I'm not sure it helps for you, but i think it's worth giving it a try.

One thing puzzled me again (as with v0.93):
While loading a track the progress bar is not displayed.
Then I remembered how I had fixed this the last time.
In file Data\GPxPatch\gpxset.ini a specification has to be changed:

DisableProgressBar =0

(instead of =1).
This may also be done using the CSM-GPxPatch-GPxSet dialog by deactivating [Disable progress bar].

i set that to 0 on purpose because in combination with some ReShade effects, the loading bar is very annoying. But as you said, you can either enable it in gpxset.ini or in the GpxPatch Menu:

1. Did you have a look at the readme file? have a close look at the options in the mod.
2.Non CMS: As i wrote before, i will make a non-csm version once the mod is finished. but if you have crashes with the csm version, you will most likely have crashes with the non-csm version as well, since it's basically the same, just that the files stay at one place.
3. Mediafire doesn't work for you?

I have installed Grand Prix 4 on a new computer incl CSM and the newest version 0.95 of this Mod. I had a crush after start of the race using Melbourne 2020 version and started again a 20% race there. That was working whitout a crash. The same on a 100% race distance at Montegi Twin Oval course. But testing a 100% race distance at Monte-Carlo 1991 version, at halftime of the race I had a CTD again. I disabled the bugged shadows for Monaco race, using no shadows.

Hello! How can I set up my car in mod to be faster?

Thank you for the new update Carl (Y)

I only point out the presence of Vettel helmet by an unknown author.
I suggest replacing it with the one from jvinu2000, which I think is of higher quality.

Anyway I still wish you the best for the final version of your gorgeous 2020 Mod :-)
I also point out that I think that the part 2 of the mod, that of the videos, has not been updated.
It can be seen from the date the file was last modified in MediaFire, which dates back to December.
