Updated 1988 Mod Physics

Here's an updated physics for the 1988 mod. I always found the original physics rendered your car barely able to corner at speed, whilst the AI lapped 5+ seconds a lap faster (even when driving a turbo car). For those who found the same issue, you should be able to be more competitive now using the below file.

Back up the original .g3p physics file located in the "Patch" folder within the 1988 mod folder, then extract the .rar file attached below into same folder.
