Pretty bad qualifying. Second tyre set ruined our session.

Hopefully guys bounce back along the race.

That run was alr. top 10 finish so not the worst thing in the world. Thanks to Ecurie Mistral for the car.
Round 7 - UAE GP - Dubai

Silva with the first flying lap, first place obviously

Vilela beats that one easily

McClure only marginally slower than his teammate

Gilson is over half a second down

Sakata in 4th

Williams in 5th

Hinz in 7th

Buitenhuis in 8th

Solid lap by Greidanus for 4th place

Rodríguez with a new best lap

Gustavo concludes the first group, 5th for him

Kederer as first of the second group, a long way behind the current pole time

Parachki with the slowest time so far

Elleker does better than teammate Hinz, puts his AMR in 6th

Championship leader de Bruyker in 8th

Pedersen slots in right behind him

Scala makes it a MTP 1-2

McCarthy in 12th

Karda splits the MTPs, he sits in 2nd now

O'Neill puts his Alpha in 5th position

Russell takes that one away only seconds later

Majumdar in 15th rounds off the first runs

Rodríguez on pole currently

Sakata up 2 places to 12th

Williams also improves his time, however he remains in 17th

Vilela not even close to his first attempt

Buitenhuis way better this time round, 11th now for him

Gustavo, Greidanus, and Hinz all can't improve

Silva improves his time, but it's not enough to move up a spot

McClure, de Bruyker, and Rodríguez can't better their times either

Better showing by Kederer now, he moves up to 5th

Scala beats his teammate's time by 3 thousandths to take provisional pole

Elleker can't improve and remains in 11th

What a lap by Karda, he beat the time Scala just had set by 2 tenths

O'Neill misses 1 tenths on his previous attempt

Pedersen moves up a place to 15th

Majumdar finds 2 tenths, and moves up to 9th place

Gilson up 1 spot to 19th

His teammate Parachki remains in last

McCarthy improves to 15th

Russell improves to 4th

And that's it, congrats to Dominik Karda, securing his 2nd pole this season. Join us again for the race tomorrow.

6th and 7th for the team on the grid so may get good finishes in the race if there are no problems.

I have no idea how I pulled that lap off, but I'll take it!

Hopefully my teammate will also have a good showing in Dubai

You know, I'll take a miserable FP if the main boys perform this well! Now please, please, please, oh Lord of Racing, give us a gentle race with a haul of points!

Not great so far

5 x WCC - S5, S6, S7, S8, S10 | 4 x WDC - S5 Nick van der Voort ; S6, S7, S8 Ed Greenhalgh | 2 x WTC - S6 Stuart Ingers; S8 Andrei Sevastian
Hopefully that 4th is a sign of an upturn. I highly doubt it though.

GPGSL - Christel VXR team Boss S6-S8, S12 Onwards

A good qualify indeed, can’t wait for the race :-)

My GPGSL Career
