Replay issues

So I've recently had a new Windows 10 laptop and reinstalled GP4 and all the mods I had. I run the game on window mode as I usually stream/record races on YouTube, however I've had an issue every time I go to a replay.

For some reason the F keys aren't working every time I want to rewind, fast-forward, skip forward, skip back etc. The F keys instead are doing the Windows 10 shortcuts that are built into the laptop which include lowering/turning up the volume and lower/turning up the brightness of the screen.
