Windows 10 install - HELP!!

I have installed GP4 as instructed in ALL the guides. Downloaded everything again, the noCD file, the patch and done everything in the right order.

Game still won't load. Is there anything else I've forgotten, or might be doing wrong?

My Gp4 worked normal. I use several mods.
Today, I can't open the game anymore. Order the CD Rom.
Was it because of a Windows 10 update?
Does anyone have any solution?
