2001 HD tracks: Silverstone | Monza | Suzuka | Monaco | Imola | A1 Ring | Hockenheim | Spa-Francorchamps [released]

Imola 2001 HD update now released

Big thanks to Paulo (Prblanco) for making all these fixes:

-LOD's removed
-Patched magic data and added GP4Info
-Moved pole position to the left side of the grid (as it was in reality)
-Rebuilt a wall on the run to turn 1 which was incorrectly positioned in the original track

Thank you also to Carl_gpgames for the smoke/dust/fire textures and the whole GP4 community for support.
