Of course I will collaborate. We were talking with the author of the thread (before it was opened) about making Charade 1972, but I can collaborate with what is needed and it is up to my knowledge ...

PS: Circuit de Reims-Gueux, France 1950/1951 For me it's finished (I can't do much more than I did ...)
Same for Mont Tremblant

PS1: Maybe we can include Zandvoort 1967 in the list of tracks to finish !!!!

Mods & Tracks for GP4 - [www.mediafire.com]

Keeping alive the GP4
#Turbo Lover: ;););)
#Meteoro405: Mt. Tremblant is amazing... who could do more, my friend? (Y)
It will be an honour to be part of this project! (Y)
very good vibes for this project!
Maybe if I have time I can contribute something.
as data, gp4 has a limitation for the tracks if i remember 8 km ... there are old tracks that have more than those km and that is why they could not be done, attention to that!

I must have missed Sebring. Was it track only or complete with trackside scenery?

We only have a dat-file as far as I know. I don't know if there was another project concerning Sebring.

Yeah I have already ask him and him also wants to join this great project. Well, you can learn it a second time. You can also use this great tutorial of tojepo:

I have made my dat-file of Charde 1972 with that tutorial, but unfortunately I somehow lost the files due to a harddrive crash back in 2017. :( (N)

I think 20 km is the limit right now. Thanks to Rene, also called SDI the great master. (H) (Y)

Great! You will be the expert for difficult issues. Do you also want to make some sky textures or track environment?
there are very good hd sky textures are available already, even with skydomes :)
I would say it's time to start the project. The first tracks on which we are working will be:

Circuit de Charade Clermont-Ferrand 1972
Circuit de Charade Clermont-Ferrand 2020 (Recent Version)
Interlagos Oval 1989
Indianapolis 2020 (Recent Version) with chicane
Indianapolis 2020 (Recent Version) without chicane
Donington Park Short Version (on base of Donington 1993, Well, who is the author of that track? Do we need permission?)
Bremgarten 1954
Ain-Diab 1958

I would like huskyman49 to make the dat-files of Bremgarten and Ain-Diab and Meteoro405 to make the dat-files both versions of Charade, of Interlagos Oval and both versions of Indianapolis. For Interlagos Oval and Indianapolis you can use the original 2001 GP4 dats as a base, that shouldn't take too long then.

All other people: Please tell me what of the tasks in my first post you'd like to do. It would be also nice if someone is searching for historical logos and pictures of Bremgarten and especially Ain-Diab. Maybe of Charade 1972 and Interlaogs Oval 1989 logos and pictures would also be great.

If you have any questions, please ask.

Ok, this are great news for me! So we just need somebody who is choosing which skydome is best for the respective track. :-) (Y)
i'll give it a try for the logos and pics about your 4 requested tracks

Great idea TGF1Driver2,

thanks to all people that will be part of your team. This means GP4 will survive forever !

This is my contribution...
As for dat-files I think fellows like Tojepo and Atticus are the far better choice... I'm too occupied with converting cars and I don't want to force my wife too leave beeing fed up of her husband sitting in front of the PC all day long...

Yeah well I can't find the Bremgarten-dat in your downloads. And I don't want you to argue with your wife because of this project.

Great job! I want to have you in my track building team. You are the man for dats and cc-lines! :-) (Y)
