Updating texture - need help (solved)

I have been working on the Indycar MOD 2020 that should be release later this year and have decided to update the tires as you can see below. I managed to make many modifications manually (copy and past) but now am stuck on the Indy 500 logo. Anyone knows if it is possible to paint the tire around the logo using photoshop or any other program, I mean, modify the color, shades etc around the logo painting the tire instead of make it manually. I know that is difficult to explain how to do , just would like to know which tools in the photoshop I have to use
