Black Flag penality, is it possible remove?

Hello. I m new in the community, and i hope that somebody help me. Is possible remove the penality(black flag), because sometimes, I do a mistake, for example, in a chicane, i don t take advantage or i do a spin, but the black flag appear. Thanks

You can disable flags using GP4 tweaker

Do I have to copy that in the folder? Because I cant find that in .ini file in any setting folder of any mod
