Formula E textures 2020

I have purchased the Formula E 2019/2020 cars in order to update the MOD I did last year . However , because I'm a stupid , I can't download it from the steam to my computer .
Please anyone smarter could do that , then I will be able to open the new textures and make the upgrade .
