It is a bit strange to ask for permissions and help for a 2020 mod when none 2020 files have been released yet.
It reminds me a little bit Simula1 who sold our 2015 mod and files on Ebay and others bad guys who want to make money.

Anyway, in the doubt and as you are new here, I suggest you to read very carefully the GP4 permissions policy rules, first: [www.grandprixgames.org]
Then, you need to make a public list of all the files you want to use for the mod and permissions from their original authors granted.
As you may know, all the works released in public by their authors are free. It means that their authors spend hours, weeks or months to create stuff for the GP4 community and gamers during their free time and to keep the game alive.
So, We won't tolerate to see free stuff sold on Ebay, Mercado Livre or others marketplaces.

You don't need to send me the files. First of all, make a public list here of the files you want to use into your mod. Authors will give you their permission (or not).
Once you will give the permissions needed, people will help you to build the mod. To make it transparent, better is to use this thread...
If some permissions are missing, you can contact the authors by PM, then.

You will get the permissions once authors files will be added to your list and if the files have been already released (you will never get permissions before the public release of the files)

No 2020 files have been released for the moment. So, if you want to make a 2020 mod, you will have to wait for 2020 cars, tracks, helmets, MISC etc...
