Is it possible to do a multiplayer race with quick race?

Is it possible to do a multiplayer race with quick race without to start 21 or 22?

GP4 has a multiplayer function?

you select multiple players and each player takes turns.

when you play a quick solo race, you can choose where you start.
but when you are several everyone starts last as a race outside the championship

I want to know if there was a way to make cars leave at a well defined place?
