With the same setup on Mugello , my car does drive nearly 10 km faster on the long straight than the other ai cars with the same setup? How is this possible? Front wing 20, rear wing 18.

Are you using a performance txt file within gpx patch

etc as you can change the values to make it more competitive.
also the Physics files has different values for player and the AI.
maybe have a look at these

Ferrari, Mercedes and Red bull and my personal car all have the same performance value but still the ai cars drive a lower speed on the long straight(using the same setup).

Do you use CSM / TSM?
What MOD do you use?

The top speed of a certain car on a certain track depends on the value of the 6th gear on the track data, the cmagic values that are loaded with that track, the physical values of the mod and the performance file used.
