unknown tracks

Does anybody know which track the above shown could be??? I found it in a GP4 installation I made some time ago which I quite forgot for a while. Unfortunately I don't have the faintest idea from where I have it or who made it.
There are not the original tracks in it but some old ones like Reims or Rouen, as well as older versions of Silverstone, Spa etc. One track is even called normandie (must be from Atticus because its just a track without environment...)
The odd thing is that the track.wad files of monza, indy plus suzuka have no dat-file in the circuits-folder!? So if you take S1CT15, S1CT16 or S1CT17.dat you always get the above track
Who can help?

Yeah that's Kyalami 1993. Just another unknown track I've found today: "urbanoreload", a city track on slot 13. Seems like a test track or something like that, but I don't know which city that should be. Anyone an idea?

Well, this is really a fictional track in a fictional city? I thought I have seen this track already sometime on TV in reallife.
