Help with Tyres

Hello everyone.

Sorry to bother. But I'm new in GP4 (I often play F1C, rF, GTR2 etc ..)

I downloaded a 2018 (CSM) mod And he has these tyres errors (left tyre texture)

How could I be solving?

so normally this would be sorted by changing the graphics config file f1graphics.cfg and the line


1; Rotate wheels via textures v2

changing the zero to a one.

so is this an issue with just the front left tyre ??

This happens with all tyres... and I search the line and the Value is already at 1

It's the other way around, you need to have 0 at the start of that line in the f1graphics.cfg file to view the tyre treads correctly

could it be a wrong texture on the tyre tread, for example: \Data\Tyres\Treads\ bridgestone_tread_0_right_0.tex ?

Just to compare, try the GP4 Central 2018 CSM Mod. I've tried to remove this bug from that mod so it will help to compare if you see it happening there too?

Thanks to everyone who commented. The problem was with any mod that used Pirelli tire (I tested one from 2014 and 2016) and had the same error

P.S:
Now I just have to find a way to disable these visors. (I've tried disabling mod settings in CSM, but it didn't work) Any Suggestion?

you can disable the visors in the gp4tweak.ini of your mod in the line below

HelmetVisor = 0 ; set to 1 to enable visor on selected view modes

neilcaine got it spot on sorry for the duff info, also the visor can be disabled in the normal gp4 menu under graphics, hope this helps

That's the point. It is already disabled
