Old modder could use help regards track making

Hey all

It's been a long time since I have been on this forum and even longer when I made something for GP4. But I'd like to start modding again for this outstanding game, I missed for the F1 series and AC. The F1 series suck to mod and AC well there's so many modders out there you can fill up a city with them. My question is, are there any tracks of 2019 out there? I went through the forum and couldn't find any (unless I'm blind) if yes great if not can someone help me. As said it's been a while so I do need some help regarding track creating. I do know my way in 3D modeling what software is used, is zmodelere still used? Anyways this potatoe post is coming to an end, any help regarding this is very much appreciated.
