weird problem with CSM

Hi guys, I've played GP4 on CSM for a long time with no problem. Today when I launched CSM the program starts to load but then it doesn't open the game, so I have to load it for a second time. This time it launches the game but the game is super slow.

Any ideas on what I need to fix it?

I'm running it on windows 7 on a pretty powerful pc so it should not be slow at all.
