is it somehow possible to save the race results and overviews of the championship as a PDF or as a file (image / text)?

You can print race results with a virtual printer in PDF!
I recommend that of Foxit Reader: [www.foxitsoftware.com]

You may use my Season Result Tools to improve the race result text files (before making the pdf) especially for a season with more than 17 races.

To create a PDF file I would load the result file into an office program and export to PDF. With the Season Result Tools you may even create a race result CSV table that can be loaded by the office calculation program.
You can then edit the office text resp. table files to your liking (e.g. change fonts, add header, add images) before export to PDF.
