GP4 Graphics & Settings

good day all,

I had to re-install my GP4.

I installed most of my files yet again.

However I cannot seem to have my previous crisp graphics.

I have a 27" monitor with resolution 1920x1080.

Can anyone be so kind to recommend graphics settings, both from inside GP4 game settings & through CSM Settings "The Mod Configurables Resotultion Settings".

Once one of our colleagues had sent me his settings through a file named "f1graphics.cfg" but this also does not seems to have better results.

Appreciate your kind expertise please.

Edit the f1graphics.cfg file, according to your max PC resolution
1920 ; [RELEASE] Game 3D Horizontal Resolution
1080 ; [RELEASE] Game 3D Vertical Resolution

Are you sure performing just this will solve? you must manually configure the driver in the panel corresponding to your vga (if nvidia or ati radeon).

Can you kindly elaborate please, & guide me from where I can set these settings please?

This is my graphics card -> Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

It was not me who wrote this but the user AzSchumy

He asked you to edit (using the windows Notepad tool) the graphics file that is in the root folder of Gp4 following what he says to do.

I am again uploading new screenshots, perhaps to explain myself better. Please take my apologies, as I am quite a rookie when it comes to installation or tweaking.....

Sorry, I did not understand, can you kindly be specific please? Remember I am not an expert like you guys, just a simple user - rookie!

Anyway, I am uploading the screenshots to explain myself better, & show the problems I am facing, & as you can see I am also facing 'extreme shadows behind the cars'.......

1:- Extreme shadows behind the other cars as seen below.




2:- Graphics settings inside the GP4 game, not sure what to select here as resolution (my monitor is 27" with a max resolution of 1920 x 1080)




3:- ZaZ Tools CSM Graphics settings through 'The Mod Configurables' - what resolution should I select here?




4:- This is the "f1graphics.cfg" notepad file. The original settings circled in red were as follows '1024 x 768' & ' 800 x 600' . I changed both to my monitor resolution to read a resolution of '1920 x 1080'. So again, I am not sure if I did the correct tweaking here, or I should not have edit the settings here in the first place.
