8th place finish for me, still some points. May have done better without the pesky rain.

Although it was so sad to see how Russel slowed down Matteo so long until finally the pressure from behind got too much and he hence lost the final points position, I still can't be unhappy about how things went. The most places gained column says it all. Stellar drive from both drivers equally and for Carlos finally another podium after a really disapopinting season so far. Who knows, maybe this can give us a high for the remaining races?

Poor again, no pace in the car. Title has gone in both

Just in: Charrel Jalving announces retirement GPGSL!

Just before Charrel left the track, a journalist managed to catch Charrel at the gates and ask him about his race. He answered pretty irritated by saying: "This season has been horrible, just like last season. You have to know when you are not fast enough anymore. Being 100% active since season 2 it's pretty frustrating not to even be close in the fight for the championship and for race wins, there is not much to enjoy right now.

We will update you when there will be more news..

It is not about winning all the time, it's about participation. We can't all be winners. I myself have witnessed a spectacular fall down the order since last last season, but that's the luck of the game. Certainly not an excuse to pick up my bat and ball and go home.

used to be GPGSL's Nick Heidfeld
I do wonder if Tobias will pull a Rosberg should he end up winning the drivers title.

Hi Guys,

I have just downloaded the game from the database thread on this site and have it running.

I would like to teach myself how to RD races for next season in order to help out a little bit.

Can someone please point me in the right direction of how I would go about installing mods like the GPGSL and different championships in to the game.

Just a warning, I am starting from absolute zero so I know nothing at all about modding.

Thanks

I was trying so hard to not jinx anything, didn't quite work out for me in the end though!
But great work by Jeroen to grab our first podium, that's a super effort and I know I'm damn proud of the effort.

Hopefully some more results in the next two races!
Luckly i got the final point but it has to go better the last races

Just to put this into perspective, you are 2nd on the all time points list for the GPGSL.

DMR Press Release re Jalving retirement.

Clearly the team, and GPGSL will miss Charrel Jalving, who has been a staple of the series for a long, long time.
We at DMR thank Charrel for taking the gamble to join us several seasons ago. We have enjoyed some strong events, but sadly no wins (yet!). Best wishes to Charrel for the final two rounds of his illustrious career.

This then moves DMR to the next phase.
We gladly announce the promotion of Gareth McCarthy to the race seat vacated by Charrel.
Gareth has shown great speed, consistency and technical ability over recent seasons, and right now is in the box seat to potentially claim the WTC for Season 13.
Demon Racing look forward to the future with Gareth on board as part of the race team.

And finally, we now have a vacant test seat to fill.
And what a seat that is! A champion WTC performing ride in Season 12, potentially now for S13 = proven package! You would have to be mad not to apply for that spare seat.
Interested applicants can send their resume to me via PM. Ideally, we would love to announce that signing before the end of this season.

GPGSL Team Owner Debut - Melbourne, Season 8 - present
GPGSL Test Debut - Hungary, Season 4. GPGSL Race Debut - Adelaide, Season 5.
Going to be a very tight finish to the series!

Sad to see Charrel go!
