Correct. So ask Nata for the tex files if he has them, and bypass the need for a full mod update, for the sake of 1 texture change. Potentially going to be a few updated liveries or helmets for the next round : save Stu the work and unrequired Mod update.

GPGSL Rd 8 Brazilian GP – Tester’s Free Practice

Hello and welcome to Interlagos, the venue for Rd 8 of the season. First session up for the weekend is the tester’s free practice so let’s see how they go.

Weather Report


Cremasco is seen just after leaving the pits, and despite the weather report showing that it is dry we can see a few droplets of rain coming down. We also get a good look at MM Motorsports special one off livery for this round.


Savio sets the first time of the session.


Cremasco sets the fastest time, followed by Sheppard.



Soutsen puts in a time that sees him go faster than his teammate.


It’s a terrible lap from Greenhalgh.


It’s 5th place for Buitenhuis.


Copeman continues Christel’s amazing performances by setting the 2nd fastest time.


Stoddart can’t quite get the best out of his car.


Michail slots into 2nd and Silva slots into 10th.


Williams goes 4th fastest.


O’Brien gets really close to knocking Sheppard off the top.


Karda ends up with the slowest time, most likely as a result of his battle with the MAC.


It’s 4th fastest for Moinet.


Majumdar makes it a double top 10 for Tyrant.


Maverick goes to the top with a time that is .01s faster.


Ingers ends up in 9th, .2s slower than his teammate.


12th fastest time for McGregor.


Gilson goes 7th fastest.


McCarthy is much slower than Sheppard, ending his lap to slot into 14th.


Calligaris won’t be happy with his time as a result of his run in with Karda.


10th for Keranen in the TNR.


We get to see some improvements from drivers.





Karda will be much happier with this time.


Gilson improves his time, but it’s not enough to move him out of 8th.


Likewise with Calligaris, who just can’t seem to get the best out of the car.


McGregor improves his time to move up two positions.


Ingers puts himself inside the top 10 with a decent improvement to his laptime.


No movement from Keranen despite making an improvement to his time.


With no more improvements being made these are the final standings.


Congratulations to John Maverick and MTP, the winner of the tester’s free practice session. When we next return it’ll be for the race drivers qualifying session to determine who will be our pole sitter.

GPGSL - Christel VXR team Boss S6-S8, S12 Onwards

Congrats, boss. At least I was able to be ahead of Mr. Mal Stoddart. Again.

Pretty good session all up for the team. Now we move our focus onto qualifying where we hope either of our drivers will be able to get a good qualifying position for the race.
