No refueling animation - Needing help

I know this issue was already discussed a lot and actually the fuel animation was working well in some previous CSM MODs I did . However , for some reason now it is not working anymore despite many attempts and following your posts here : [www.grandprixgames.org]
Can someone let me know how do you define it in your swap.ini , anim.ini and how do you put the normalchange.ssc inside your anim folder ?
