White Wheels

Hi guys,
Lately most Mods I install show up with white wheels, I've got all the F1 Mods from 2011 to 2018 and there ok, but every new Mod since then has this problem.
I'm guessing its something in the f1graphics.cfg, maybe I turned something off accidently, I don't know.
Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I should also mention that the cars flicker.

Well, I couldn't find the answer in the FAQ so I did the only thing I could think to do. I uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled it again.
And it worked!!, so I still don't know what I did wrong but at least it works, although the cars still flicker.
So if anyone has any ideas about how to fix that, ill be most grateful.
And the lesson here for all the noobs like myself is, "If you can't find the answer, do a fresh reinstall."
