GP4Builder black textures

Hello. I'm trying to convert some rFactor tracks to GP4 following some guides in this forum.
I used 3DSimED to export to Zmodeler 1.07b, converted .dds to .tga etc. everything is okay until I export the track to .gp4 and open it in GP4Builder. The program recognizes the textures but they are all black.
