GPI Browser 1.2

Hello my GPI Browser 1.2 crashed whwn i start it.

ExceptionEAccessViolation dansle module GPI Browser1.2.exe dans00A3A4A.
Violation dàcces alàdresse 004A3AA dans le module`Gpi Browser 1.2.exe.Lecture de Làdresse 07334000.
I`m using Win 10 1809

Can someone help me , please?

I have exactly the same problem since a long time (with the same message in french cause I'm French). Never been able to repair it even after all years. I downloaded many times, reinstalled many times, even after format it doesn't work. Impossible for me to enter pictures of drivers and so on. This tool seems very nice but I'd like to check it. I follow this topic for the case where someone gives you the solution. Bonne chance, my friend.

I test it with win 7 and win 8.1,same result

I had issues with Gp4 Browser 1.2 as well but not the same as yours. This what I did to fix my issue. OS: Windows 10.

-install gp4 browser on your desktop.
-create a folder on your desktop and name it gp4.
-go to where you have gp4 installed and copy the gp4.exe and the folder "menudata" and paste into the folder created on the desktop. (step2)
-now open gp4 browser and set gp4 path to the folder created on desktop. Gp4 browser should be working now.
-make/apply changes.
-copy and paste menudata folder from the desktop into your gp4 install folder.

you will have to delete the entries from the registry current user, software,lo2k then gpi browser then replace the images and the GP2001.gph from that last folder you are trying to see the images from.

Thanks gap177 and munnzy. But for me it still does'nt work. Gap177, when you say "install" on the desktop, do you mean "do a shortcut" ? Cause GPIBrowser doesn't install.

My gp4 browser is installed on the desktop. No shortcut.

It doesn't work for me. I followed all your instructions, gap177. I installed on the desktop etc... but the problem is that it crashes before I choose the GP4 path.

Have you tried Munzy's suggestion? That would be the next thing to try.

I've always had the same problem too with GPI browser. Typically I get around it by using slimtex. It's a slightly longer process, converting a gpi file to a tga file, making changes with gimp then switching it back to a gpi file. But it works.

Yes, I've tried and I've tried before for all my tools that doesn't work. It fixes only Team editor problem not the other ones

Yes i do it so as gap177 . and now it works .

That`s a good idea top.

gpi browser don't works here aswell with an error message file not found i've tried both suggestions, but without success. So is there a chance to get the whole original 2001 images folder from someone, please?

i've found a cd with a gp4 backup and overwrite the teamarts with the backup and now gpi browser works again

i face following problem with gpibrowser,

Exception einouterror dans le module GPIBROWSER 1.2exe dans 000A34D1 fichier introuvable??

How can i fix this?

This exception states , File not found have you tried the results above , its looking for the GP2001.gph file. try replacing it .Let us know how you get on
