Line-up drivers orders

I would like to know if officially in the f1 2019 there are the first and second drivers on each team or the official line-up is based on the drivers' numbers

I think most people use the order of the official FIA entry list:

Thanks for your quick reply , actually I'm using the F1 official site entry list but I have doubts about that : [www.formula1.com]

If you look at photos from the Australian GP and check the black/yellow camera mounts, you will see that the FIA list is the correct one. This is the list i'm going to use for my performance files, and i hope the car moders do the same!

Thanks for replying me . I asked because I have been updating the MOD to 2019 and was afraid on what the moders would do .
Doing according the FIA list !
