can't see track layout in 3d editor 15.3

i am unable to see any track layouts in the 3d editor loading .dat files this includes the default tracks any help would be much appreciated as i am making my own fictional track

have you checked out mavericks guide??

yes i have just checked i also put on another computer it also did work

when you finish the dat file editing & it loads ok in gp4.. you follow mavericks guide about exporting 3ds / zm import etc... if you want to see the track as in the textures fences tarmac etc...... read the 3deditor guide about transfering tex to tga.....

So you when you open 3D ed nothing happens? What graphics card do you have as it could be driver related, get in touch with Lo2k if you have an ati as you need specific drivers for it to work

it does not load in gp 4 yet as there is no pitlane or cc-line it was loading in 3d editor early today and then stoped showing track sectors

@Carling: Can you send me your .dat ? I will see what's wrong.

Perhaps he not opening the dat, Perhaps hes opened the .Gp4 and turned off "Show Graphics" in the menu

To make sure .. Try reinstalling 3deditor , then all default settings will be there.

i have found now found out why it did not work when i load gp 3 up the editor stoped working to reslove this i load gp 4 raced on one of the circuits and and then opened 3editor i could then see my circuit

?? GP3 tracks can't be read by 3DEditor if that's what you tried to do...(I haven't checked your track yet)

[edited] I opened your track without any troubles...I wonder what's happening on your computer...
