I 've tried and extracted the files without any problem.Maybe try to updated out 7zip version.

Maybe i'm wrong but the latest version of Singapore i believe is yet 2013. You can find it in my signature.

That seemed to fix the problem.

Are you aware that the AI come to a complete stop on the apex of turn 1 when coming out of the pits to give way to cars still racing but they just slam into the back of the stopped car?
